Diagnosis

Diagnose: Powdery Mildew on Black-Eyed Susan

Follow these steps to identify and confirm the problem.

  1. Powdery mildew growing on the leaf surface
  2. Look for white to gray powdery patches or felt-like mats that expand on living Rudbeckia tissue. A few late-season patches are often cosmetic, while early spread onto young leaves or buds deserves closer management.
